Free Class Week
THANK YOU!!! We’ve received an overwhelming response to our Free Class Week!
***Please note that we’ve added a few more classes to the schedule: Contemporary on Tuesday at 7.30pm – 8.30pm, Ballet on Wednesday at 7pm – 8pm, and Hip Hop on Thursday at 8pm – 9.30pm***
You’ve been wanting to try out that particular dance class for awhile and now you can… at no risk! For a whole week (20 – 26th Oct), James & Alex Dance Studios will be offering a variety of dance classes FREE OF CHARGE.
Choose from ballet, hip hop, contemporary, tango, salsa, salsa body movement, bachata and Zumba. Spaces are limited so pre-book now! Pre-booking can be done easily online here. Please note that when booking online, ONLY the classes labelled “FREE CLASS” are part of the Free Class Week.
We’ve even added some extra classes that week so check out our Free Class Week schedule below. Don’t be shy… try out any of our free classes but don’t blame us if you get hooked. 😉
I would love to learn Zumba, Salsa, Tango, Bachata, Hiphop, Zouk Belly Dance and Pole Fitness.

Our hip hop classes are on Sundays at 7pm and Thursdays at 630pm. You can come take a free class this week during our Free Class Week, just be sure to pre-book as spaces are limited! See you at the studio 🙂

Hi Ey – Pole fitness is not included in the Free Dance Week, you are more than welcome to join as a beginner. The rates are AED 100 per class or AED 900 for a package of 10 classes. Please book in advance either through the website, emailing us on info@jamesandalex.com or calling 04 4470773.

I did Zumba with Treasa, Tango with Gustavo and Salsa with Alex.
I had the BEST time ever! There is lots of fun and energy in the classes. Also having done Salsa with James & Alex back in 2006. I was more than happy to attend their classes again!
No hesitation when it comes to JAMES & ALEX. Sometimes 1 hour just is not enough…
