NEW SALSA COURSES – May Session

No dance experience? No problem! With our method of teaching, you’ll be salsa dancing in just 4 weeks. Come with or without a partner and get ready to dance!

Salsa Level 1 (for absolute beginners) begins Saturday May 2nd at 5pm and Tuesday May 5th at 8pm. Cost: AED 250 for classes once a week or AED 385 for twice a week **Introductory offer***

Salsa Level 2.1 begins Saturday May 2nd at 5pm and Tuesday May 5th at 8pm. Cost: AED 250 for classes once a week or AED 445 for twice a week

Salsa Level 2.2 begins Saturday May 2nd at 6pm and Tuesday May 5th at 9pm. Cost: AED 250 for classes once a week or AED 445 for twice a week

BALLROOM PRACTICE NIGHT – Monthly Event

Come join ballroom instructor Martin Rycroft for a social ballroom night where you can practice everything you’ve been learning in class! Get ready for some fun tutorials, line dances, switch partner dances and fun tunes. Cha cha, rumba, swing, waltz, foxtrot… throw on your dance shoes on and meet us at the studio!

NEW – Aerial Yoga / Pilates & Flex Classes

Are you looking to shake up your fitness routine with something new and exciting? Aerial yoga and pilates give you all the benefits of regular yoga and pilates, plus more! And don’t forget the importance of increasing your flexibility. These new classes will help you achieve all your fitness goals.

AERIAL PILATES / YOGA
A modern style of yoga & pilates that incorporates a low-hanging soft fabric hammock to explore alignment, release chronic tension, hang upside down, and have fun! It’s appropriate for people of all abilities including beginners with no experience. For the experienced, the aerial factor adds a new dimension to complement your existing practice on the ground. For those with little or no experience, aerial is a great place to start. Every class includes decompression, supported inversions, core and upper body strengthening, deep relaxation, and of course, lots of smiles!

Timings (Starts April 14th)
Aerial Yoga/Pilates: Saturdays at 1230pm
Aerial Yoga: Tuesdays at 11am
Aerial Pilates:  Thursdays at 11am

Class Rates:
AED 65 per class (1 hr) or 12 hours for AED 720

The aerial classes are open to men and women ages 16 and above. Pre-booking is mandatory and can be done by email or directly online.

FLEX CLASS
Flexibility is essential for everyday activities (such as walking, bending, lifting) and allows for better performance when playing sports or exercising.

Flex class will focus on increasing the range of motion of your joints and muscles which in turn will decrease your risk of injury from day to day activities. For dancers and athletes, this class is a MUST to improve your performance! Remember those splits you’ve been dying to achieve? You’re one step closer to reaching your goal…

Timings (Starts April 8th)
Flex Class: Wednesdays at 9pm, Saturdays at 1130am
