We are excited to announce that POLE FIT classes are coming to our studio! If you’re looking for a full body workout involving muscle strengthening, increased flexibility and improved self-confidence, this is it. No matter your age, your fitness level or your size, come try it out to see what it’s all about!
Classes start 18th Feb and will be running 6 times a week, including lunch time classes.
