Dance on Heels
Dance on Heels class is a fun dance & workout using the pole while being in high heel shoes. It is a smart means to improve your core strength, balance and flexibility. By having a strong, tight core, you have more control over your balance and lower body strength, allowing you to move fluidly and gracefully. Once you’ve strengthened your core and improved your balance, you will enjoy dancing on heels even more; it might be hard at the beginning, but with a little practice, it will get easier and amusing.

*Note: The warm up is a vital part of the class so please ensure you arrive to class on time. Note that you might not be allowed to participate if the warm has already commenced. This is for your own safety. If it’s your first time at our studio, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a registration form and get acquainted with the studio.

FAQ
What Clothing Should I wear?
Pole classes require skin to grip the pole and bare feet. (Clothes are slippery!) Bootie shorts and a tank top or workout bra-top will work well. No street shoes please. Body Creams, oils and lotions are prohibited. No jewelry.
