Pole fitness is a total body workout using the pole as a means to improve strength, endurance and flexibility. Pole Fitness is a fun and rewarding form of exercise. Using your body weight to your advantage, you can build up strength, tone your whole body, and burn calories quickly. A relative of the horizontal beam used by gymnasts, the vertical pole is a more user-friendly, but still highly effective method of getting and staying in shape.

*Note: The warm up is a vital part of the class so please ensure you arrive to class on time. Note that you might not be allowed to participate if the warm has already commenced. This is for your own safety. If it’s your first time at our studio, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a registration form and get acquainted with the studio.
What clothing should I wear?
Pole classes require skin to grip the pole and bare feet. (Clothes are slippery!) Wear (short) shorts and a tank top or sports bra. No street shoes please. Body Creams, oils and lotions are prohibited. No jewelry.
Am I too old or unfit to join?
You are never too old or too unfit. We have students of all ages taking our classes, and joining our classes will improve your physical fitness!
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 12 hours cancellation notice. Any last minute cancellations or no shows will be noted on your account and may affect any future bookings.
