Ballet

Ballet is known to be the foundation of many dance styles. It is a highly technical dance but is also a great way to get fit, tone muscles and improve posture. We offer various levels of ballet classes for adults from beginner to intermediate so whether you’re brand new to ballet or are getting back into it, our classes are suitable for you.

Ballet is suitable for people of all abilities and ages and focuses on strength training, posture, balance and flexibility.

Beginner/Improver:
Monday at 6pm (1 hr)

Wednesday at 6:30pm (1.5hr)

Saturday at 11am (1.5hr)

Intermediate:
Monday at 7pm (1 hr)

Rates

Per hour = AED 65

12-hour package = AED 720 *Expires 5 months from date of purchase. (Can be used for all classes except Pole Fitness.)

24-hour package = AED 1325 *Expires 10 months from date of purchase. (Can be used for all classes except Pole Fitness.)

FAQ’s

What clothing should I wear?

Wear any comfortable clothing, preferably something that’s form-fitting such as a leotard, tights, leggings, and a fitted t-shri tor tank top. Ballet slippers are recommended but if you don’t have any, you can wear socks. We have a selection of leotards, shorts, skirts and shoes suitable for ballet available in our studio shop.

Am I too old to dance?

You are never too old to dance or to learn to dance! We have adults of all ages taking our classes so you will not feel out of place.
