Ballet is known to be the foundation of many dance styles. It is a technical dance but also a great way to get fit and tone your muscles. Our Ballet classes are suitable for people of all abilities and ages. While we focus on teaching the basic techniques, we work on improving strength, posture, balance and flexibility. We offer various levels of ballet classes for adults and kids from beginner to intermediate so whether you are new to ballet or getting back into it, our classes are absolutely suitable for you.

What clothing should I wear?
Wear any comfortable clothing, preferably something that’s form-fitting such as a leotard, tights, leggings, and a fitted t-shri tor tank top. Ballet slippers are recommended but if you don’t have any, you can wear socks. We have a selection of leotards, shorts, skirts and shoes suitable for ballet available in our studio shop.
Am I too old to dance?
You are never too old to dance or to learn to dance! We have adults of all ages taking our classes so you will not feel out of place.
