Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is a total body workout using the pole as a means to improve strength, endurance and flexibility.

Spaces are limited and pre-booking is required. Bookings can be done by email or directly on our website.

*Note: The warm up is a vital part of the class so please ensure you arrive to class on time. Note that you might not be allowed to participate if the warm has already commenced. This is for your own safety. If it’s your first time at our studio, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a registration form and get acquainted with the studio.

Per class = AED 100

10-class package = AED 900 *Expires 5 months from activation date.

FAQ

What clothing should I wear?

Pole classes require skin to grip the pole and bare feet. (Clothes are slippery!) Wear (short) shorts and a tank top or sports bra. No street shoes please. Body Creams, oils and lotions are prohibited. No jewelry.

Am I too old or unfit to join?

You are never too old or too unfit. We have students of all ages taking our classes, and joining our classes will improve your physical fitness!

How can I book for a class?

There is a limit to 12 people per class so pre-booking is mandatory. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a place in class.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 12 hours cancellation notice. Any last minute cancellations or no shows will be noted on your account and may affect any future bookings.
